What are Wallets and How to Create Them

The Wallet feature is a handy tool that empowers Retailers and Suppliers to make smarter marketing decisions by taking the guesswork out of budgeting.

Designed with your bottom line in mind, The Wallet feature gives you complete visibility over your Retail Media spend, enabling you to set your spend values, manage and identify upsell opportunities, create budget alerts and track results in real-time.

It also allows you to manage all of your individual Supplier budgets in the one place.

To create a wallet for a supplier please follow the steps below

  1. Login to your Zitcha Dashboard
  2. Click on Settings Settings-1 in the Menu bar and select Supplier Settings

  3. Select the My Suppliers Tab
    2. My Suppliers
  4. Choose the supplier you want to create the wallet for from the list
  5. Select the Wallets tab and select Add New Wallet
    5. New Wallet
  6. Fill in Wallet details: Name, Initial Balance, Minimum Balance (aka the lowest value that the wallet can have at any one time), Start/End Date (if the budget has to be used within a certain timeframe e.g. by the end of the year), Additional Info (add a note for your supplier to see when using their wallet) and Allow Overdraw if required (this enables suppliers to continue to use their Wallet if the order exceeds their balance)

    6. Wallet Details
  7. Select Create
  8. The new Wallet will now appear in your Supplier Settings and will be available for the chosen Supplier to use until the expiry (if applicable)
