Configuring Network Branding

Network Branding is configured by the retailer.

  1. Navigate to Organisation Settings.
  2. Select the Network Branding tab.
  3. Upload your Network Logo. Your Network Logo may differ from your Retailer Logo, the Retailer Logo can be configured in the My Organisation tab.
  4. Using the colour picker, select you Network Colour.
  5. Press Save Changes.

What does Network Branding include?

  • Retailers will be able to integrate their Network logo and choose menu bar colours that match their brand. The platform will continue to operate from Zitcha's domain, and Zitcha will provide notification emails.

What changes when I brand my network?

  • Zitcha’s Network Branding focuses the key visual aspects of the platformon theming of the core platform components.
    • For retailers, this means: When logging into a network, the menu bar and logo will represent the network’s branding.
    • For suppliers, this means: When selecting a network to create or view an order, the menu bar and logo will represent the network’s branding.
      Can all Retailers use network branding?
      Yes, Network Branding is available to all Retailer partners.

How do I customise my network branding on Zitcha?

  • Network branding settings can be accessed via Organisation Settings > Network Branding. Retailers can configure branding by uploading a network logo and selecting an appropriate network colour.

How will network branding affect existing users?

  • Existing users will experience a seamless transition to applied branding, with no disruption to their regular platform use. All settings will automatically update to reflect the new branding once implemented by the Retailer Network.

Will the platform be branding from launch?

  • No, by default, the platform will be branded as Zitcha. The settings to configure Network Branding will be available in the Organisation Settings and branding will not appear on platform until it has been configured by the Retailer.
