The metrics tab is coming soon. In the interim, please contact your Zitcha Customer Success Manager for a report on your brand store metrics (includes the metrics listed below).
Once a brand store is live on a website you are able to view the performance metrics via the Metrics tab (coming soon) in your brand store dashboard.
Metrics include:
Impressions, clicks and conversions:
- At an overall brand store level
- Page level
- Content block level
- Product level
Video content block metrics:
- Impressions
- No. of plays
- Video progress/completion (displayed as a %) eg. 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
